Review
This review is not
going to be long because I have not read the first in the series. I don’t know
it went unnoticed by me that this was a series and not a standalone novel but
oh well. Zoey Derrick created a romance that I could read through without
feeling lost because it is in the middle. There was enough background
information in this book that I could get by. I wouldn’t recommend starting
here though. There are key things I missed, that I wish I had known before I
read this book.
Zoey Derrick created
an MMF romance that was both sweet, intense, and highly steamy. This story is
three with three personalities and three backstories all going into one
relationship and one bed. It takes talent for a writer to create one story with
one couple that is engaging and intense never mind one that involves three
people. She gave us three MC’s that are completely different but work together,
and you don’t end up hating one or even all of them. Now that takes talent.
From what I have read
this series is well written and has the potential to be very good. It’s intense
and romantic at the same time. I will definitely be picking up the next book
and rereading everything!
